Local Lodge 218 News  Vice President Election9/13/2006At the August meeting of L.L. 218, John Suchin resigned his position as President of the Local Lodge. Former Vice President Gary Moutoux will be filling the office of President for the remainder of the term. Due to these events, L.L. 218 must fill the vacant Vice President position with an election. Nominations for Vice President will be taken on September 25th, 2006 at the regular union meeting. According to election guidlines, nominees must be present to accept nominations or must have sent a formal letter of acceptance by the above date. Voting will take place October 30th, 2006. Absentee ballots will be sent upon request so long as the request is received by September 25th, 2006. |
