We Have Victory!

The results are in and the arbitrator has ruled in the favor of the Union with regards to the prescription coverage at local retail stores.

"The same quantity per co-pay is available from retail or mail order," Arbitrator Joe Girolamo said.

The officers and representatives of Local Lodge 218 in conjunction with U.A.W. Local Lodge 44 have been struggling against Mueller Industries ever since the company changed the prescription coverage on a whim in October of 2004.
